Partnering directly with the designers of the Berlin Creative Services Team and Brand Managers, your focus will be on ensuring effective resource and production management of the Berlin Creative Services Team, coordination and communication with internal stakeholders and support the Creative Services Manager with team coordination and prioritization. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for design work processes with your capacity for creative problem solving. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.

What you will do

1. Manage resource allocation and production within the Berlin Creative Services Team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and collaboration between teams.
3. Support the Creative Services Manager in prioritization and team coordination, helping ensure that processes and workflows are efficient and streamlined.
4. Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality design outputs on time to meet business objectives, while managing timelines and expectations.
5. Proactively identify and solve production challenges, leveraging creativity and strategic thinking to maintain workflow and design standards.

What you should bring

6. Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role; a design background is a plus.
7. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Excellent communication skills to liaise with both creative teams and internal stakeholders effectively.
9. A keen eye for detail, with a passion for design processes and problem-solving.
10. Ability to maintain a neat, structured work environment while fostering a creative atmosphere.
