Job Description
We are seeking a proactive technical leader who combines managerial and hands-on activities.
* Ensure day-to-day operations success, including incident and change management.
* Proactively improve global service.
* Manage team capacity, budget planning, and on-call rotations.
* Develop and maintain the Service Quality Plan.
* Act as Product Owner to shape the mid-term and long-term service vision and roadmap.
* Improve workflows.
* Create and manage internal and external support documentation.
* Act on monitoring alerts using tools like Datadog.
* Make strategic decisions on cloud architecture and infrastructure.
* Drive automation and optimization across systems and processes.
* Monitor KPIs and overall service health.
* Generate reports for top management with actionable insights.
* Identify and manage risks and opportunities.
* Lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
* ITIL Certification (mandatory).
* Cloud certifications (at least one on AWS and Azure).
* Deep expertise in cloud architecture and operations (AWS, Azure, etc.).
* Strong hands-on experience with:
o Kubernetes.
o Terraform.
o Ansible.
o Python.
* Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Gitlab).
* Experience with cloud security, networking, and cost optimization.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
* Familiarity with scripting and automation.
* 5–10 years of experience in a similar role.
