This is a role where you step into a well-structured and stable environment, with proven solutions, strong references, and clear strategic direction. You will be responsible for sales activities in Germany and selected DACH accounts – working from a solid base of existing customers, clear value propositions, and close collaboration with experienced colleagues across the organisation.
Rather than building from scratch, you will be contributing to strengthening and expanding an already well-positioned business in a market with significant and well-documented potential. You will report to the CEO and become part of an international sales management team that works closely together to drive results across markets.
Your key responsibilities include:
The position is based at Nextway's office in central Hamburg, with travel activities in Germany and internationally.
We imagine that your background could be within enterprise software, ERP, ECM, or digital transformation – but most importantly, you know how to create trust with customers and drive progress in longer sales cycles. You bring experience from complex B2B solution sales and understand how to navigate structured sales processes in a professional and international environment.
