Team Focus
The ROW DSP Management team collaborates across European countries to optimize relationships with Delivery Service Providers, focusing on building top-tier partnerships with stakeholders across ROW. We seek a Sr. DSP Insights Manager to develop actionable, data-driven insights using various quantitative tools and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage our AWS account, including a data warehouse in Redshift, and oversee permissions via IAM settings.
2. Own reporting for strategic roadmaps by collaborating with business leaders; drive expansion and optimization of new DSP business units.
3. Develop and maintain performance dashboards with key metrics for senior leadership and teams; synthesize large datasets to inform new initiatives.
4. Onboard data to our warehouse by building automated pipelines using Python in Lambda or Sagemaker to invoke APIs.
5. Apply statistical techniques for deep dives; generate insights and communicate recommendations effectively to leadership.
6. Innovate new data analysis methods to identify trends and gaps in service quality for delivery partners.
7. Partner with data engineers and analysts to build tools that enhance reporting and analysis quality.
8. Coordinate with global teams to align reporting needs, and maintain data pipelines.
Basic Qualifications
* Experience programming to extract, transform, and clean large datasets (multi-TB).
* Proficiency in scripting (Python) and expert SQL skills.
* Experience administering AWS technologies.
* Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Quicksight.
* Ability to work directly with stakeholders to translate data into business insights.
* Knowledge of data science, machine learning, data mining, and statistical analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
* Certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect, or Data Engineer.
