Main purpose of job: Managing the Operative Supply Team. Mainly responsible for the availability of spare parts in alignment with the budget.
Responsibilities
Daily coordination and prioritization of open purchase orders due to requirements
Creating daily operative KPI’s
First escalation to Suppliers
Managing availability of spare parts
Process optimization for operative supply
Lead of the operational supply function
Qualifications
~ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in technical or commercial studies, or comparable education
Required Skills
~5 years of proven experience in a team-leading function
~5 years in a relevant supply function
~ Proven experience in railway industry
~ Excellent analytical and organizational skills
~ Good knowledge of KPI & Process development and improvement
~ Excellent People Management skills
~ Fluent English and German in written and spoken
