The HR Business Partner leads the partnership with a business function or unit within a location—or across multiple smaller locations—to proactively develop and execute targeted HR and talent programs that enable business goals and growth. The role addresses complex issues, partners with COE colleagues to create a differentiated employee experience, and ensures the attraction, development, and retention of top talent. The HR Business Partner plans and implements HR programs and policies aligned with overall HR strategy and operates with minimal guidance.
About the job:
* Business Partnership
o Partner with business leaders to lead discussions and projects focusing on HR needs, including talent management, total rewards, employee advocacy and engagement, onboarding, recruiting, training, and employee relations.
o Address complex HR issues and recommend solutions that support business goals
* HR Program Implementation
o Design, recommend, and implement HR programs and policies that align with HR strategy and business objectives.
o Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
o Develop new HR programs as needed to meet evolving business needs.
* Project Leadership
o Lead small project teams and support M&A initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
o Provide informal guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues.
* Change Management Support
o Identify areas needing change or improvement, draft internal communications, and support the creation and execution of change management plans.
About you:
* Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
* 5–7 years of experience in HR or related roles.
* Deep knowledge of general HR practices, including employee relations, recruiting, and talent management.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
* PHR or equivalent certification preferred.
