THE ROLE THE TEAM
As the ECommerce Manager (all genders) for Greece and Bulgaria you will ensure that we capture local demand and trends and continually drive growth and improve our performance by making our online customer experience locally relevant. You will work closely with other ECommerce experts such as our Pricing Commercial Planners and Marketing teams to provide attractive caigns and curate/create locally relevant assortment and caigns to our customers.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
1. Must have a profound knowledge of the competitive landscape and latest fashion trends specifically in the Greek market; knowledge about the Bulgarian market would be a plus.
2. Drive the commercial performance of your market by being the market expert and comanaging the commercial strategy and calendar. You help to shape the investment tradeoffs decisions together with your market team colleagues.
3. Drive the category performance and platform transition in your market through local business insights and assortment analysis. You will also contribute to further localization following local fashion and ECommerce trends and leading on improving the assortment relevance for our Greek and Bulgarian customers. You will be in close contact with the dedicated supply category teams to support the stock position.
4. Own the local homepage in terms of content and caigns and run continuous initiatives to capture maximal local demand in line with the trading strategy. Plan implement analyse and develop onsite caigns and navigation points to optimise the customer journey and drive b
