Responsibilities
* Responsible for developing and implementing local city business strategies, executing European sales–delivery–service pathways and plans.
* Decompose city-level sales targets, conduct rolling forecasts, and lead the team to achieve sales goals.
* Execute commercial sales policies, ensuring a balance between sales volume and profitability.
* Implement network standards, channel development, and exit mechanisms set by headquarters and the country manager; establish an after-sales service system.
* Develop and execute product-specific marketing campaigns and market activity plans based on the features of different vehicle models.
* Manage city stores and sales–delivery–service centers.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of sales–delivery–service management experience in the automotive industry.
* Extensive experience in channel development, sales, and services in the European market; prior experience in European marketing and brand management is preferred.
* Proficiency in written and spoken English.
