What you can expect:
* You support the HR team in daily business tasks, for example by maintaining personnel data, creating references, and handling other administrative tasks
* You take responsibility for creating and preparing reports, statistics, and presentations

* You are an enrolled student in business administration, social sciences, law, psychology, or a comparable program with a focus on HR
* You have good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
* You have very good German and good English skills

* You are characterized by a communicative and open personality
* Ideally, you have initial experience in recruiting or data analysis
