Overview Talent Acquisition Partner (f/m/d) DACH region (temp.)
As Talent Acquisition Partner, DACH Region, your role is essential to the strategic workforce planning and recruitment support of specific, high profile, business units within DLL. You will provide proactive support to future hiring initiatives as well as the full life cycle international recruitment of high-level professionals. Working in close collaboration with a senior internal client group across the globe, you will have a significant degree of visibility and input into the achievement of strategic business goals. This prominent position will operate as a leader within the Global Talent Acquisition Team, ensuring that a superior recruitment and on-boarding experience is enjoyed by the DLL hiring community and the talent with whom we engage.
Day To Day Responsible for full life cycle recruitment strategy and support for critical business units within DLL.
Identify as the talent acquisition and workforce planning expert to each of your supported business units.
Responsible for local, national, and international based recruitment efforts that span the entire DLL footprint with many different skillsets.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, vendors, community organisations, and other HR team members.
Consult on the interpretation and application of recruiting practices, guidelines, and programs to ensure consistent application across the organisation.
Working to build and maintain talent pipelines for a range of skillsets.

Essentials Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition, supporting leaders with a proactive consulting/partnership approach.
Proven experience and the ability to influence and partner with all types of management and personality styles.
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
Outstanding communication skills.
Proven record of empowering members and comfortable working in a self-directed workplace.
Fluent in German and English
