Category Strategy & Growth
1. Develop and execute a long-term category strategy to drive sustainable revenue and market share for Biscuits & Natural Foods categories
2. Lead growth initiatives, optimizing assortment, pricing architecture, instore presence and promotional strategies
3. Identify market trends and shopper insights to shape winning business strategies
Brand Development & Performance
4. Craft long-term brand strategies and growth plans for Biscoff & NF brands
5. Ensure excellent execution of the annual brand plan across touchpoints with the team
6. Monitor market & brand performance, identifying risks & opportunities
7. Drive data-informed decision-making in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Customer & Channel Excellence
8. Act as the key point of contact for sales, ensuring alignment between strategy and customer execution
9. Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key retailers to drive mutual growth
10. Develop compelling sell-in stories, ensuring maximum impact with retail partners
Budget & Resource Optimization
11. Oversee budget allocation, ensuring maximum impact & ROI and prioritize high-performance marketing & trade activities
Leadership & Collaboration
12. Lead, inspire & grow a high-performing team (3 direct reports)
13. Collaborate closely with local cross-functional teams, global teams, and central functions
Profile
14. Academic Excellence: A master’s degree in economics, marketing, communications or equivalent
15. Proven Expertise: 5+ years in Category Management, Shopper/Trade Marketing or Revenue Growth Management within FMCG companies; ideally experience in Brand Management
16. Commercial Strategist: Profound conceptual and analytical skills to identify and lift the right potentials with a clear measurement of the success for the overall business
17. Consumer Insights: Comprehensive knowledge of relevant panel data (e.g., GfK, Circana, YouGov), including the ability to analyze and strategically leverage this data and convert into compelling storylines
18. Operational excellence: Proven track record in strategic planning, market analysis & brand growth
19. Project Management: Ability to navigate cross-functional & international collaboration
20. Leadership Mind-set: Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop & inspire teams
21. Language Skills: Fluency in German (full professional proficiency) and a strong command of English (written and spoken).
