Tasks
* Build, operate, and continuously enhance our Kubernetes-based platform
* Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient deployment and operational processes across environments
* Drive automation and standardization of infrastructure provisioning, build, and deployment workflows
* Develop and maintain the platform toolchain, including GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, and observability stack
* Work closely with development teams to enable a smooth, developer-friendly platform experience
* Analyse and optimise systems with a focus on performance, stability, security, and cost efficiency
* Contribute to architecture decisions and document best practices across the platform engineering domain
Your profile
* You bring a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership
* You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role (Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering)
* You have solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes (cluster operations, deployment strategies, networking, and security)
* You have experience building and operating platforms on IaaS environments
* You are confident working with GitOps workflows (ideally using Argo CD or Kargo)
* You are comfortable with monitoring and observability tooling (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
* You are proficient in Infrastructure as Code, ideally using Terraform
* You have a solid understanding of .NET-based applications and their operational characteristics
* Ideally, you also bring experience with service mesh technologies, security tooling, backup/restore strategies, or major cloud providers (e.g., Azure), but this is not required
