Learning from and with the best? Check! The fixed-term, two-year program with four stations helps you to expand your Vaillant network and knowledge hand in hand with senior professionals. Individual training sessions and our FinanceForFinance Academy will help you do this. And this is what you can expect:
* With us, you will immerse yourself deeply and pass through areas such as Group Controlling, Group Accounting, Industrial Controlling, Marketing & Sales Controlling
* You will get to know all facets of the finance controlling area in order to become a finance controlling expert (m/f/d) at the end of the program
* As a permanent team member, you will work independently on projects such as the Digital Process World and also contribute to the monthly financial statements, KPI analysis and financial planning & forecasting
* You will also get to know the international facets of the company during a posting abroad to help you think outside the box
* Regular feedback meetings and development measures help us to provide you with the best possible support, focus on your strengths and subsequently offer you a position that is tailored to you
By the way: 60% of our former trainees have been with us for many years and pass on their experience as managers and mentors!

* Qualifications: Successfully completed studies (Master's degree), e.g. in economics with a focus on finance and/or controlling
* Know-how: Initial professional experience through internships or working student activities in the finance environment will help you with project work as well as a high affinity for numbers and a good understanding of processes and systems
* Personality: A high degree of team spirit, high coordination skills and effective prioritization as well as precision make you unique
* Language: Very good communication in German and very good English at all levels
* Nice to have: Your willingness to travel for the foreign station is no problem for you
