Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Strategic responsibility for the creation and implementation of new concepts and ideas in LEAN Management, as well as driving the LEAN philosophy with a goal-oriented approach.
2. Personnel responsibility and development of employees within the LEAN department.
3. Independent execution of process analyses, data collection, and evaluation of relevant key performance indicators, as well as the development of tools and templates for process improvement and optimization of workflows.
4. Continuous improvement of work processes in close cooperation with all other departments, providing consulting on process optimization matters and supporting implementation activities.
5. Leadership and coordination of the “Employee Suggestion System.”
6. Design and facilitation of workshops and training sessions at all hierarchical levels.
7. Execution of internal audits and support during external audits.
Education
8. Completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
Work Experience
9. At least 5 years of professional experience in a production environment and in the field of LEAN, including familiarity with all common LEAN tools.
10. At least 3 years of leadership experience.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
11. Six Sigma qualification, at least Green Belt level.
12. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
13. Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
14. Strong coordination and organizational skills.
15. Methodical and structured approach, resilience, and team orientation.
