We are seeking a leader to take on the strategic and operational responsibility for our agency, focusing on programmatic advertising for Deutsche Telekom, encompassing brand and product objectives.
Responsibilities include:
* Strategic leadership and vision development for the agency in Programmatic & Paid Social
* Building and expanding the agency by establishing roles, responsibilities, and processes
* Managing top-level client relationships with Deutsche Telekom, fostering trust and partnership
* Providing expert media consulting, from strategic to operational levels
* Driving innovation in digital media strategies and leading the agency into a technology-driven media landscape
* Leading teams with confidence, building strong client and team relationships
* Presenting work to key stakeholders and aligning strategies
* Bringing extensive leadership experience in media or digital agencies, with a strong marketing and brand background
* Managing large client accounts and budgets with strategic thinking and sovereignty in a regulated environment
* Exhibiting excellent consulting skills, analytical strength, and effective communication across all levels
* Deep understanding of digital channels, campaign automation, and AI applications
* Managing complex projects and leading interdisciplinary teams
* Self-organized with high responsibility and attention to detail
