Our goal is to help our clients make their payroll processing as efficient and user-friendly as possible.
To expand our development team, we are looking for a Scrum Master (m/f/d) at our Rostock location, starting immediately.
* Facilitate and optimize agile events ensuring smooth workflows and collaboration
* Foster strong collaboration between developers, product owners, and other stakeholders
* Support your team in overcoming obstacles and achieving their goals
* Promote a culture and mindset of ownership, accountability, and innovation within the teams
* Create an environment where team members feel motivated, take ownership of their tasks and truly enjoy their work
* You identify conflicts within the teams and contribute creative input to problem-solving
* You coordinate collaboration with other Scrum Masters and additional stakeholders
* Several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable position
* Extensive knowledge in the field of software development
* Experience with common project management tools, ideally Jira
* A proactive working style and strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
* Very good German and English skills
