We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) within their assigned region.
* Develop new business opportunities and secure orders, including adjacent industries.
* Negotiate annual contracts, pricing, and forecasts in alignment with internal stakeholders.
* Serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring satisfaction and handling complaints professionally.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights to inform strategic decisions.
Your qualifications
* A Master's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or a related field combined with at least 5 years of experience in technical sales within an industrial environment.
* A strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components, enabling you to translate technical specifications into customer solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
* Fluency in English and excellent relationship-building skills across functions and cultures within a matrix organization.
