You will position Accenture Song as the reinvention partner that turns customer service into a growth driver—improving customer acquisition, strengthening loyalty and insights, and capturing a greater share of wallet. Shaping transformative deals, that shift from traditional contact centre models, to innovative machine+human solutions utilising the full potential of data, artificial intelligence, automation, digital channels, languageless workflows and of course humans in the loop at the right time and in the right way to deliver scaled impact.
Work with Portfolio and Client Leads to originate priority Customer Service Transformation deals.
Drive an origination pipeline, through thought leadership, customer engagement and relationship management
Combine strategy, change, design, operations, technology and data to drive true Service Reinvention
Shape and close at scale Customer Service partnerships with the world’s most iconic brands
Ability to shape and close significant Customer Service Transformation deals
Proven track record of transformative deal making in the customer service domain
Strong platform knowledge across Salesforce, AWS Connect, Sprinklr, Gensys etc
In depth understanding of the customer operations outsourcing and global business services models
Mastery of building compelling narratives and value cases to support major transformation deals
