Service Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities
* Establish sales objectives and strategy through forecasting and sales process management.
* Develop annual sales budget and quotas for regions.
* Achieve growth and hit sales targets by managing the sales team.
* Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
* Day-to-day activities and management of the Inside Sales Department.
* Show growth for all service sales pillars.
* Conduct proper communication with support functions and teams.
* Establish and adjust sales prices by monitoring costs, competitors, and supply and demand indicators.
* Complete service sales operation requirements by scheduling and assigning sales team members.
* Manage project costing, estimation, and evaluation to ensure profitability.
* Work closely with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
* Cultivate customer satisfaction and take necessary countermeasures.
* Maximize revenue and profitability through operational excellence and execution.
Requirements
* Possesses an Engineering Degree from a reputable institution.
* At least 5 years of experience as Service sales within Saudi Arabia or GCC Market.
* Strong technical background in VRV/DX/Chillers/Controls and Airside products.
* Demonstrates strong analytical skills, maturity in handling service manpower, and effective communication skills.
* Good presentation skills using word, excel, and power point.
* Ability to create and implement sales plans, meet sales goals, analyze sales data, and lead growth.
* Management and leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in SAP software.
