Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team in master data management.
Responsibility for the quality, consistency, and governance of master data in SAP S/4HANA.
Further development and optimization of processes, guidelines, and standards.
Management of data migrations and cleansing within the framework of transformation projects.
Close collaboration with specialist departments (e.g., Purchasing, Sales, Finance) and IT.
Ensuring compliance with compliance and audit requirements.
Use and further development of data governance tools and workflows
. Analysis and monitoring of data quality, including key performance indicators and reporting.

More than just a green thumb – your profile as Team Lead Master Data Management & Product Data (m/f/d):
Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, computer science, or a comparable qualification
. Several years of professional experience in master data management or SAP consulting, ideally with a focus on S/4HANA.
Initial leadership experience or a strong willingness to assume leadership responsibility.
Sound knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (e.g., Business Partner, material master, MDG) is an advantage.
Experience with data governance, data quality, and processes
. Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach; strong communication and assertiveness skills.
Excellent German language skills.
