Senior PMO - Procurement & Facility Management - Frankfurt
We are looking for a Senior Consultant / Interim Manager to support a major player in the pharmaceutical industry in a strategic transformation of its facility and workplace services across its Frankfurt campus.
Context
Our client is deploying an integrated Facility Management operating model at campus scale and driving a strategic comparison between two service delivery approaches:
• An integrated model (Integrated Workplace Experience)
• A direct sourcing model with specialized service providers
You will be at the heart of this high-visibility assessment, involving stakeholders across Manufacturing, R&D and Workplace functions.
Responsibilities
PMO & Coordination
→ Organize and facilitate governance meetings, workshops and decision forums
→ Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across business units
→ Track actions, milestones, risks and dependencies
Analysis & Procurement Support
→ Structure the comparison framework between both operating models
→ Contribute to cost, service level and risk assessments
→ Support the sourcing process and supplier offer evaluation
Stakeholder Management
→ Align business units with divergent priorities
→ Challenge assumptions and maintain momentum
→ Drive consensus and decision-making within an accelerated timeline
Profile
Mandatory:
• 5–10+ years of experience in complex PMO and/or procurement environments
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities
• Fluent German & English
Strong Assets:
• Indirect procurement experience
• Facility Management / IFM exposure
• Operating model assessment or benchmarking experience
• Industrial / multi-site environment exposure
Practical Information:
• Location: Frankfurt (hybrid, ~3 days/week onsite)
• Start: Urgent – within 2 weeks
• Duration: 2 to 3 months
