As part of our expansion into pregnancy support, we’re looking for a compassionate, proactive, and clinically experienced Pregnancy Care Expert to guide members and support our team with world-class care. Tasks Conduct virtual consultations with members on pregnancy-related topics. Be the internal go-to expert on pregnancy for the Member Experience team. Audit and support the development of pregnancy care content. Help train and support our Member Care Experts. Maintain and update a pregnancy knowledge hub with global applicability, including multilingual resources, regionally adapted medical guidelines, and culturally sensitive educational content. Requirements You are a certified midwife or registered nurse with direct patient experience. You speak excellent English and communicate with warmth and clarity. You’re confident, kind, talkative, and make people feel at ease. You thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments. You have experience (or interest) in virtual care or digital health. Bonus Points For: Experience in video consultations or training others. Familiarity with global pregnancy practices. Content review or editorial experience in healthcare.
