Job Description
Your mission during this flight:
1. You will support month, quarter and year end closing activities.
2. You will analyze balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
3. You will be responsible for general accounting topics.
4. You will develop and optimize accounting processes.
5. You will participate in dedicated accounting projects.
6. Processing and posting incoming invoices and credit notes
7. Posting bank statements and reconciling bank accounts
8. Executing payment runs
9. Processing employee travel expenses report and reimbursements
10. Posting monthly payroll entries
11. Handling VAT reporting and compliance requirements
12. Handling IFRS postings including accruals, recurring journal entries and depreciation
13. Collaborating with Internal departments to optimize purchase-to-pay (P2P) processes
14. Support in providing weekly cash flow reports
15. Following up and resolving of supplier’s queries
Qualifications
Check in your professional skills:
16. Bilanzbuchhalter or international Bilanzbuchhalter
17. BSc in accounting, controlling or finance
18. Fluent in German and English
19. Solid understanding of HGB and IFRS
20. BC experience is a plus
