Responsibilities
* Welcome guests with a genuine smile and attention to detail
* Manage reservations and keep guest profiles up-to-date
* Prepare the host stand and guest list ahead of service
* Anticipate arrivals, delays, and no-shows to ensure smooth service flow
* Escort guests to their table with care and grace
* Maintain a calm and elegant ambiance at all times
* Support the floor team as needed, checking on tables and assisting with flow
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Fluency in English; French and Luxembourgish are strong assets
* Confident, charismatic, and emotionally intelligent
* Excellent communication skills and memory for names and details
* Familiarity with high-end hospitality standards
