Sales Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Administrator to manage our sales processes and provide exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, fluency in English and at least one additional language, and experience in customer service preferably in a multinational industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the quote-to-cash process ensuring timely and accurate delivery of quotes and orders.
* Communicate effectively with customers via email, phone, or occasional on-site visits to meet their needs and resolve any issues.
* Monitor customer development and take appropriate actions to maintain strong relationships and drive sales growth.
* Support the sales forecasting and S&OP process by analyzing data and making recommendations to improve sales performance.
* Coordinate customer and material master data in the ERP system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
* Fluency in English and at least one additional language (German, Italian, Spanish, or French).
* Experience in customer service, preferably in a multinational industrial environment.
* Proactive, self-motivated, communicative, and customer-centric skills.
* Analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
