Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled paralegal to join our team in Luxembourg. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting legal documentation related to investment funds and domestic/multinational companies.
You will work closely with lawyers to support them on the management of their open files and liaise daily with clients, notaries, lawyers (both internally and externally) and authorities. You will also draft standard legal documents, track and check documents, prepare and attend board and general meetings, and maintain statutory registers.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in law or an equivalent university degree, at least five years experience in a similar position, and a perfect command of French and English. German is considered an asset. The candidate should be highly organized, rigorous, and understand the importance of deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A bachelor's degree in law or an equivalent university degree;
* At least five years experience in a similar position (Assistant Manager, Corporate Manager) in a law firm, investment firm, corporate service provider, or interest in the corporate or funds sector;
* Perfect command of French and English; German being considered as an asset;
* Highly organized, rigorous, and understanding the importance of deadlines;
* Proactive, eager to learn, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
* Perfect command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
