Senior HR Business Partner Opportunity

As an experienced HR Professional, you will cover the full range of HR activities and work closely with business leaders to execute HR and business strategies.
* Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and ensure effective workforce planning and performance management.
* Support organizational design and structure to enable talent optimization and drive business success.
Key responsibilities include:
* HR Leadership: Ensure HR strategies align with business goals and support talent development.
* Performance Management: Drive ongoing performance discussions, coaching, and disciplinary actions or terminations as necessary.
* Organizational Development & Change Management: Identify structural barriers and revise organizational designs to support business goals.
* Talent Development: Create tailored development plans for high-potential employees and foster a culture of feedback, recognition, and continuous improvement.
* Employee Relations: Promote positive employee relations by addressing concerns proactively and maintaining open communication.
* Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract top talent that aligns with Cognex's values and objectives.
Requirements
* 7+ years relevant working experience in a similar role with expertise in general employment law and company HR policies.
* Expert knowledge of German employment law, administration, and market practices.
* Fluency in English and German with excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
* Experience with Workday and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) with data analytics skills.
