Your profile Jung von Matt TECH is looking for a Office Manager & Team Assistant (d/f/m) About you Excellent organizational skills with a strong sense of prioritization and time management High level of service orientation and a professional, friendly demeanor Confident handling of MS Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common office tools Experience in office management, team assistance, or administrative roles Strong communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken Independent, structured, and proactive way of working Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility when handling sensitive information Resilience and flexibility in a fast-paced agency environment The Tasks Organizing and coordinating daily office operations Acting as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and external partners Coordinating meetings and appointments, including preparation and follow-up Supporting teams and management with administrative and organizational tasks Planning and booking business trips, including expense administration Ordering and managing office supplies and maintaining office infrastructure Coordinating external service providers (e.g. cleaning, IT, maintenance) Supporting internal events, workshops, and agency-wide activities Maintaining lists, databases, and internal overviews Contributing to the continuous improvement of office processes and internal workflows
