We are looking for a certified and experienced Scrum Master to support an SAP program in a Scrum of Scrums setup. This role focuses on coaching and mentoring a team of junior Scrum Masters on the client side.
🔑 Responsibilities:
* Coach and support beginner Scrum Masters working within SAP delivery teams
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment across multiple teams
* Promote agile maturity and guide effective use of Scrum practices
* Act as a bridge between teams to ensure cross-team collaboration
âś… Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including hands-on SAP project experience
* Relevant Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM)
* Excellent communication skills in German
