Your Role: Wine & Spirits Market Manager
As our Wine & Spirits Market Manager, you will be at the forefront of strategy, roadmap, and growth within our Food and Beverage business. Your mission will include:
* Identifying target applications and collaborating with Product Management to define recommended Pall products, positioning, training, and sales tools.
* Understanding customer needs and analyzing trends to uncover new opportunities for profitable growth.
* Working on-site at a Pall facility in Germany as part of the Food & Beverage Business Unit.
With a broad range of products—from crossflow filtration for clarification to membrane filters for microbial stabilization—Pall has a rich history of supplying technologies and expertise to the wine and spirits industry. Our goal is to continue supporting the industry with innovative products and technologies that align with consumer trends and optimize production, operating costs, and sustainability.
What You'll Do:
* Leverage your understanding of market trends to identify target applications and new business opportunities for growth.
* Gather customer insights through research to inform new product specifications and identify beta test sites.
* Collaborate with product managers and marketing to create market-specific positioning, promotions, and sales tools.
* Act as a liaison across regions to share information and successes for strategic accounts.
* Present at key customer and market-specific conferences to enhance visibility and drive lead generation.
Essential Requirements:
* A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Oenology, Engineering, or Food Science.
* 3 to 5 years of experience in wine/food and beverage technology sales and marketing, or experience at a wine and spirits manufacturer.
* Strong oral and written communication skills to advocate for Pall’s portfolio.
* Ability to travel with minimal notice (up to 50% travel expected).
Bonus Points If You Have:
* Experience with wine and spirits and/or filtration systems.
* Proficiency in languages such as German, French, or Spanish.
