In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Your profile
1. Strong numeric and analytical skills
2. High level or MS Excel and full IT literacy
3. Ability to concentrate and deliver on time with the required quality
4. Very good team working
5. Good skills in communication and coordination
6. Ability to develop data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage
7. Fluent English
Your tasks
Market Implementation support:
8. Support programs roll-out of the already established markets dealers
9. Support the new market launches
10. Support DMS integration process
Reporting:
11. Prepare routine reports
12. Conduct ad hoc reports queries
Program daily routine operation support:
13. Support system screens maintenance and new customer setup
14. Monitor the data feeds quality and the data transfer
15. Assist the Key Accounts at Mobis branches while providing a prompt support to their inquiries
Project management support:
16. Support the coordination of the activities while communicating with all business-related parties and keeping them up to date
17. Support the analysis on project impact
Communication:
18. Liaise with the in-house IT and other business related departments
19. Liaise with the relevant staff of the MPE branche
20. Communicate with external data service agencies
21. Liaise with National Sales Companies business related staff
