SOLUM Technologies India in Bangalore is seeking a Java Developer with 3+ years of experience to design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems. The role involves contributing to all development lifecycle phases, enhancing software for high performance and availability, and developing microservices for cloud deployment.This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru, India.

Responsibilities:
1. Designing and developing high-volume,low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance.
2. Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
3. Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
4. Prepare and produce releases of software components.
5. Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
6. Design and develop dockerised microservices for cloud.
Primary Skills (Mandatory):
7. BS in Computer Science or related field and applicable work experience.
8. 3-5 years of experience in Java Web Development.
9. Core and Advanced Java 1.8, Web and Microservice development using Java (JSP, Servlet, Spring Boot, Spring MVC), Restful Web Services, Spring Framework, RDBMS (Postgres, MS SQL Server), Hibernate.
10. Experience in developing Microservices for cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) is preferred.
11. Experience in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Batch), Spring MVC, Microservice model, RESTful web services.
12. Hands-on experience with Hibernate, JPA, or MyBatis, or any other persistence framework.
13. Knowledge of databases like SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB is desired.
14. Knowledge of Maven/Gradle.
15. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes.
Secondary Skills:
16. JavaScript, Front-end web development (Angular, Node.js) (Not mandatory).
