Providing 1st level support for ERP topics
Close collaboration with ERP end users, ERP specialists and other IT teams
Solving reported issues, independently and in close collaboration with 2nd level support
Degree in Business Informatics, Economics or other comparable qualification with atleast 2 years of experience in working with Service Desk and providing user support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
Experience in working with agile environment, SCRUM, JIRA, Confluence, MS Office
