This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties. The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of Luxembourg corporate law.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage the incorporation process of new entities.
* E nsure proper legal and administrative maintenance of companies.
* Handle day-to-day corporate governance matters.
* Support clients during restructuring operations.
* Overs ee the dissolution process from start to finish.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in a similar environment.
* Fluency in English to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
* Well-organized and able to meet deadlines consistently.
* A strong understanding of Luxembourg corporate law.
