* Assist in developing visual concepts, designs for digital and print media, illustrations, image editing, and retouching
* Collaborate closely with the Content Factory & Digital Channels team to handle global design inquiries
* Perform brand checks and provide feedback in line with the Corporate Design guidelines
* Prepare internal presentations to propose design ideas and concepts
* Support the management and maintenance of our guidelines and templates in the Marketing Portal
* Currently studying Design (Communication Design/ Graphic Design) or a similar field
* Skilled in the usage of Adobe Creative Cloud programs, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
* A compelling portfolio showcasing your design skills and processes is a nice-to-have
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially PowerPoint
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
* Creative thinking with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Great communication and teamwork skills
