Gain hands-on experience in day-to-day human resources operations by supporting HR Business Partners and participating in various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist HR Business Partners in managing daily employee and manager topics, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
2. Contribute to various HR tasks to gain exposure to different aspects of the function, including employee onboarding, training, and development.
3. Support the coordination and follow-up of ongoing HR projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
* Curiosity and open-mindedness, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
* High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
* Detail-oriented and quality-focused, with a commitment to excellence in all work.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
* Fluency in English and French/German; Luxembourgish is an asset.
