Rocket Factory Augsburg AG in Augsburg is looking for a Welder (m/f/d) in the field of pipe fitting for permanent employment. We are an international and agile team leading the New Space movement in Europe and focus on low-cost, flexible and reliable access to space with small launcher solutions for deploying satellites into LEO and beyond.
Your Tasks
* Welding of pipelines using the TIG process
* Preparing the weld seams and adapting the fittings
* Implementation of the quality-assured welding projects
* Producing the welds according to the required quality standards
* Working according to drawing documents
* Preparing the welding work
* Performing repair welds
Your Qualifications
* Apprenticeship as a pipe fitter, pipe welder or a comparable qualification
* Professional experience in welding stainless steel, steel pipes and constructions as well as general knowledge in pipeline and plant construction, especially in TIG welding
* Welding certificate DIN EN ISO 9606-1 141 is desirable
* Specialist training as a welder is an advantage
* Crane licence and forklift licence are desirable
* Fluent English oral and written (all day-to-day activities are performed in English) is a plus
* Self-independent and a structured way of working
