Your responsibilities:
6. Preparation of necessary logistics for the department head and the team
7. Management of appointments and optimization of agenda for the department head
8. Handling, organization, and completion of national and international correspondence. Planning, preparation, and follow-up of meetings, creation of meeting documents, and conversation notes
9. Office administrative tasks
10. Management of working time accounts
11. Point of contact for inquiries from internal and external parties
Your profile:
12. Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, office communications clerk or comparable
13. Work experience in the field of assistance, non-commercial administration, and secretarial/assistant work
14. Confident handling of SAP, MS-Outlook and MS-Word
15. Experience in Google Suite is desired
16. Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
17. Spanish is an advantage
