In this role, you’ll:
You will be part of the Premium Hub CoE EMEA team. As the tasks are many-folded, this is a unique opportunity for an all-rounder to learn about the different facets of running a team with 500 employees and learning about the many aspects of such an organization. As a Communications, Event and Project Management Intern / Diploma Student (f/m/d), you will support the Management Office and our teams located in St. Leon-Rot in creating and designing visually appealing communication assets in alignment with SAP’s overall brand experience. In addition, you will support organizing and running team events and various ad-hoc projects.
In this context, your tasks will include:
* Project management activities, working closely with the event leads
* Designing digital internal assets such as banners, email invitations
* Update communication assets (e.g. invitations, Sharepoint sites, event websites, etc)
* Supporting the development of content such as blog posts, videos, newsletters, and other storytelling formats
* Schedule, facilitate and document meetings incl. follow-up activities, tracking of action items and organizing next steps
* Event organization support and coordination (for example, room bookings, catering reservations, travel, logistics, etc)
* General organizational tasks
What you bring
We are looking for a reliable, positive, open-minded, and collaborative personality with strong team player skills, who is determined to reach goals in time, can work independently and prioritize.
* Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
* Preferred field(s) of study: Media Science, Communications, Marketing or related field
* First experiences in event or project management is a plus
* Very good MS Office skills
* Very good communication skills (e.g. writing/ editing texts, creating websites)
* Creative mindset and eagerness to learn
* Fluent English and language skills - both written and verbal, German is a plus

Premium Hub CoE EMEA is a part of the Premium Engagements & Advisory team within the CS&D Board area with about 500 employees in EMEA/MEE. We focus on value delivery for SAP's top customers, helping them increase the value of their SAP solutions and drive their digital transformation and software adoption.
Expected start date: October 1, 2025
