Your Challenge
You will be responsible for supporting ADM's Compliance program in Europe, Middle East, Africa & Asia (EMEA) and assisting with the implementation and support of other commercial compliance objectives in the region.
* Advise on Anti-Corruption, Trade Sanctions, Antitrust/Competition Law Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, and Conflicts of Interests in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
* Work closely with the regional EMEA managers as well as the local management teams to ensure Compliance aspects of the business strategy are addressed in a timely and compliant manner.
* Provide counsel and coordinate the implementation of local policies to ensure compliance with local legislation and alignment with corporate policies.
* Conducting internal investigations and Compliance Trainings.
* Qualified Lawyer or Legal Counsel
* Proven experience in Compliance is a must
* Experience working with Compliance in an international company is strongly preferred
* Strong counselling, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Mature business partner
* Strong problem solving, change management skills and Compliance mindset
* Ability to work independently and in an international team
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Knowledge of EU laws and regulations related to Anti-Corruption, Trade Sanctions and Competition Law
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
