Office Manager (m/f/d)
As an Office Manager (m/f/d) at Fugro, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. You are the organizational backbone of our Bremen office and contribute to a well-structured and efficient workplace.
Your Profile:
1. Completed vocational training in office communication, office management, or a comparable qualification
2. Professional experience in office/facility management or the hospitality industry
3. Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
4. Strong organizational skills, quick comprehension, and a hands-on mentality
5. Proficient in MS Office
6. High service orientation, friendliness, and team spirit
7. Enjoy working in an environment that involves regular movement within the building
Your Responsibilities:
8. Managing office operations including reception, mail handling, switchboard, and general office organization
9. Supporting facility management, including coordination of external service providers (e.g. craftsmen, cleaning, recycling, suppliers)
10. Managing office supplies, equipment, and access control systems
11. Organizing meetings and company events
12. Supporting procurement and accounting (purchasing and invoice processing)
13. Organizing and managing guest apartments
14. Ensuring the proper condition of office spaces (regular floor walks)
