Job Summary
TÜV Rheinland aims to increase its visibility and recognition as employer of choice, to attract more candidates for our businesses. As Global Expert Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding you are responsible for the definition and global implementation of Talent Acquisition strategies, processes, tools, and standards as well as for managing the Employer Brand of TÜV Rheinland in close collaboration with Corporate Marketing & Communications. You are part of the central HR team located in Cologne and report to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition.
Tasks
1. ■As Global Expert Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding you will work with business leaders to define customized talent acquisition strategies for their specific talent demand.
2. ■Together with Corporate Marketing & Communications you will define and drive TÜV Rheinland's global employer branding campaign and coordinate with regions and countries.
3. ■You will also be responsible for continuously monitoring TÜV Rheinland's recognition as an employer of choice and reporting on key performance indicators.
4. ■You will define and update talent acquisition policies and procedures and provide guidance to business leaders and local and regional experts.
5. ■You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes from Employer Branding and Talent Marketing to Active Sourcing, Talent Relationship Management, Employee Referrals, Headhunting, Recruiting, Onboarding and Offboarding.
6. ■You will participate in and contribute to strategic HR and business improvement projects, either as an expert or as a project manager.
7. ■Continuously engaging and empowering the global recruiter and sourcer community will be part of your responsibilities as well as managing global talent acquisition vendors and licenses (e.g. LinkedIn).
8. ■The role is a fixed-term position for 12 months to cover parental leave.
Profils
9. ■University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or other related field
10. ■Minimum of 2 years project management experience and minimum of 3 years experience working with intercultural teams
11. ■Experience in Global Talent Acquisition
12. ■Significant experience with Employer Branding campaigns and strong communication and teamwork skills
13. ■Independent and goal-oriented work style
14. ■Fluency in English and German expected
