Your Role In this position you will be part of the EMEA Key Accounts team, who are responsible for managing and developing the relationship and sales for a selected number of Brenntag’s largest and most complex EMEA-wide and Global customers. The successful individual will report to the Commercial Director Key Accounts EMEA and will join an established and successful EMEA and Global team. You will be working with a team of like-minded colleagues and your primary objectives will be to secure new business and to optimize the performance and financial return of existing business Full accountability to deliver key business metrics (financial & other KPIs) Setting of customer-specific financial budgets (in conjunction with regional and Global Key Account colleagues) Development of a dynamic sales pipeline, which will include the creation and ongoing maintenance of Business Development Plans (BDPs) Management of Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and the development & implementation tailor made customer outsourcing and supply-chain optimisation projects Identify and create new sales and added-value service opportunities with both existing and potential new Key Account customers Grow sales of all products (BES and BSP) and all services (including blends), across all industry segments and geographies Lead the sales negotiation and contract agreement processes and ensure successful implementation of all projects Proactive Price and Margin Management of Key Account customers and direct the countries to implement changes as necessary Develop strategic relationships with key decision makers and influencers within Key Account customers Develop strong relationships with Brenntag internal colleagues and have the ability to manage and influence, without having direct authority Your Profile Degree (e. g.
