Responsibilities:
1.According to customer’s requirements, perform 5x8 on-site IDC presence, and be able to respond quickly or arrive on-site for emergency support outside of working hours as needed.
2.Strictly adhere to the asset management red lines and customer’s integrity, compliance, and legal requirements; ensure that work processes are compliant and legal; no unauthorized labeling or coding, no underreporting, and no violations.
3.Follow asset SOPs for managing personnel entry/exit registration and asset entry/exit registration in the warehouse.
4.Be familiar with asset management tools and platforms. Follow service SLA requirements, respond to and execute work orders to ensure SLA compliance and asset information accuracy.
5.Ability to propose process improvement suggestions for asset management and work order handling.
6.Be familiar with IDC data center environment and asset safety management standards.
7.Strictly follow asset SOPs to manage asset storage, transport, entry/exit, and scrapping, ensuring assets are not damaged; ability to propose optimization suggestions for environment safety and asset safety measures.
8.Responsible for full asset inventory in the data center, ensuring 100% accuracy of asset information, including location, serial number, status, and model consistency.
9.Proficiency in using asset management tools and related software for quick data retrieval, analysis, and extraction of abnormal information.
Job Requirements:
1.Familiar with common data center or IT equipments (e.g., switches, servers), and common parts and consumables (e.g., optical modules, interface cards, fiber optics).
2.Experience in warehouse management; familiar with warehouse environment requirements and dust/dampness prevention measures.
3.Proactive in identifying and resolving problems.
