Responsibilities
* Prepare meetings, presentations, and decision‑making documents
* Conduct analyses, research, and manage own sub‑projects
* Ensure smooth information flow between executives, teams, and stakeholders
* Coordinate national and international meetings, conferences, and team events
* Maintain and update internal SharePoint sites
* Handle a broad range of administrative and organizational tasks
* Represent the office professionally in all internal and external interactions
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or commercial/economics education
* 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
* Excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken
* Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and clear communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, TEAMS; SAP experience is a plus
* Discreet handling of confidential and sensitive information, Flexible and proactive mindset
