The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs, driving talent acquisition and retention initiatives, and supporting the development of effective human resources strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with HR Business Partners and managers to provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters
* Develop and implement compensation and benefits processes and initiatives
* Analyze complex data to identify trends and areas for improvement in pay equity
* Support the execution of global projects related to sales compensation
* Evaluate jobs and maintain a global job evaluation database
The successful candidate will have a degree in business administration, economics, law, or a comparable field, and possess professional experience in human resources or finance, along with excellent communication skills.
