Innerhalb des Digital Workplace kümmert sich das Collaboration Services Team um Anwendungen vor Ort und in der Cloud wie E-Mail, Instant Messaging, Webkonferenzen, Eventkonferenzen, Telefonie, IT-Ausstattung und IT-Services in Besprechungs- und Videokonferenzräumen, Social-Media-Tools für Unternehmen, Filesharing-Anwendungen und Produktivitäts-Tools wie Google Workspace.

Leitung der globalen Gesundheit von IPT- und On-Prem-Webkonferenzdiensten in AH (Rückstand bei Vorfällen, Vollständigkeit der Wissensdatenbank, Effizienz bei der Lösung von Vorfällen, Anforderungskatalog, CMDB-Aktualisierungen, Implementierung von Änderungen, Erfüllung von SLAs, Erstellung von Dashboards)
Unterstützung des Produktmanagers für eingeschränkte Zusammenarbeit bei allen RUN-, BUILD TO TUN- oder BUILD-Aktivitäten, die im Rahmen von IPT- oder On-Prem-Webkonferenzen angefordert werden
Führen Sie die RUN-Aktivitäten des IPT oder der lokalen Webkonferenzlösungen mit Unterstützung anderer IT-Betriebsspezialisten durch
In diesem Zusammenhang müssen Sie bereit sein, Ihre Anwendungen ständig mit neuen Versionen zu verbessern, die manchmal intern oder von den Softwareanbietern entwickelt werden
Tragen Sie zu regelmäßigen Überprüfungen der Routinen für eingeschränkte Zusammenarbeit bei, einschließlich der Teilnahme an der PI-Planung mit der Gruppe, wöchentlichen Teambesprechungen und Produktteam-Besprechungen
Stellen Sie den richtigen „Shift-Right-Ansatz” sicher, indem Sie täglich mit dem IT-Service-Desk-Serviceplanungsteam kommunizieren
Dazu gehört auch die Weiterentwicklung der Service-Roadmap Ihres Bereichs

Studium im Bereich IT oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Servicemanagement oder als IT-Produktmanager
Management transnationaler IT-Anbieter
Entwurf von IT-Abläufen, die die Erwartungen und Bedürfnisse der Kunden optimieren

Inside the Digital Workplace, Collaboration Services Team is taking care of applications on premises and in the cloud like email, instant messaging, web conferencing, event conferencing, telephony, IT equipment and IT services in the meeting and video conference rooms, enterprise social media tools, file sharing applications and productivity tools like Google Workspace.
As part of the Collaboration Services Team, you will be involved in the RUN, BUILD TO RUN and Entry Into Service of any application related to the IP Telephony or on prem web conferencing systems based on Cisco technology.

Airbus Helicopters IM Departments like IM Security, Network, Identity and Access Management and Hosting
Lead the global health of IPT and on prem web conferencing services in AH (incident backlog, knowledge database completeness, incident resolution efficiency, request catalog, CMDB updates, Implementation of Changes, SLA fulfillment, dashboard creation)
Support the Restricted Collaboration Product Manager in any RUN, BUILD TO TUN or BUILD activity requested on the IPT or on prem web conferencing activity
Perform the RUN activities of the IPT or on prem web conferencing solutions with the support of other IT operation specialists
Regarding this aspect, you need to be ready to permanently improve your applications with new releases sometimes developed in house or by the software vendors
Ensure the proper “shift right approach” by having daily exchanges with the IT Service Desk Service Planning team
Support the Collaboration Services Architect in building or updating the architecture dossiers of your applications. Participation in the strategic product roadmap of your applications by continuously proposing new ideas to the Collaboration Product Managers. Work closely with the department Change Manager to secure the change management with end users and key stakeholders like VIPs and Assistants. In this aspect, it is key to translate the operation requirements into usable guides for the end users and knowledge articles for the Service Desk Agents
Degree in IT or a comparable field of study
At least 5 years of experience in IT service management or IT product manager jobs
Technical knowledge of Multimedia, Web Conferencing and Video Conferencing Technology required
Technical knowledge of VoIP Telephony systems, PBX’s, Cisco infrastructure, telephony certificates management required
Transnational IT supplier Management
Design IT operations which optimizes Customers Expectations & Needs
Service Level Management, Problem Management, Documentation Production, Solution Deployment, Solution Performance Management
Service Now IT operational usage skills would be greatly appreciated
English language negotiation level, some German or French skills would be appreciated
