Responsibilities:
1. Act as a member of the Country Leadership Team, shaping overall business strategy and representing the voice of the consumer at Executive level.
2. Lead brand strategy, positioning and communication as Brand Ambassador, ensuring strong alignment with Regional and Global Brand Teams.
3. Drive sustainable growth through brand‑led demand creation, innovation scaling and portfolio optimization, in close partnership with Sales and Finance.
4. Own Go‑To‑Market execution and the end‑to‑end customer journey, defining and executing Product, Digital, Trade and Media strategies with clear KPIs and ROI focus.
5. Lead, develop and inspire a high‑performing Marketing team, while driving marketing transformation with a strong digital and data‑driven mindset.
Qualifications:
6. Extensive senior FMCG Marketing experience, ideally within strong consumer brands and complex go‑to‑market environments.
7. Business fluency in German and English
8. Deep consumer, shopper and customer understanding, with hands‑on expertise in IRI / Nielsen and other market and insight tools.
9. Strong business and financial acumen, including KPI and P&L ownership and experience across Brand, Category and Project Management.
10. Proven ability to operate effectively in matrix organizations, collaborating with Regional and Global stakeholders and agency ecosystems.
11. Strong digital and media expertise, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills and an inspiring, trust‑based leadership style.
