Overview
Vice President of Engineering at DSJ Global — we are working on behalf of a global plastics packaging manufacturer who are looking for a regional head of maintenance to cover 16 sites across Germany, Netherlands and Belgium.
This is a strategic role where you will have current heads of maintenance report into you and be responsible for the success of the maintenance group, with a focus on maintenance processes, development, new implementation and new methods to increase efficiency and ensure technical functionality across these sites.
Responsibilities
* Oversee maintenance processes across 16 sites in Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium.
* Drive development and implementation of new maintenance methods to increase efficiency and ensure technical functionality.
* Provide strategic leadership to the maintenance team and ensure the success of the maintenance group.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years professional experience in a maintenance environment.
* Leadership experience, project management and process management knowledge.
* Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems (ideally plastics processing).
* Strong interpersonal skills and a drive to succeed.
