We are looking for an experienced team player who is responsible for the excellent communication and working relationship between Spairliners and MRO's.
1. Develop and execute procurement strategies for Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) parts, materials, and services
2. Optimize contracts to achieve cost efficiency and reliability
3. Mitigate supply chain risks through proactive planning and supplier diversification
4. Manage the full lifecycle of MRO contracts from negotiation to renewal and termination
5. Oversee and maintain relationships with the MRO supplier base
6. Implement supplier performance programs to ensure quality and efficiency
7. Collaborate with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service and reduce costs
8. Generate insightful reports to support decision-making and strategy development
9. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement

10. Completed relevant studies or training in the field
11. 5-8 years of work experience in Procurement and Contract Management in the Aircraft Component Support business or in the aviation MRO industry
12. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
13. Hands-on mentality and proactive approach
14. Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and presentation skills
15. Excellent IT skills (MS Office), SAP is a plus
16. English business level skills, other language skills e.g., German or French are welcome
17. High professional commitment and an international mindset
18. Willingness to travel
